Position Purpose Description:
As the owner of related digital product, lead seamless translation of business needs into finance transformation roadmaps, design and track executable plans to unlock operational value and embed change benefits into commercial cycle. Build related digital product with deployment to unlock financial data asset potential, identify growth signals via advanced analytics
Position Responsibility:
1. Diagnose operational pain points and architect E2E finance process redesign
2. Understand the data flow of finance and business and design a reasonable data link to break the silo.
3. Develop transformation roadmap with quantified commercial value per phase and related projects management
4. Change management. Deploy change toolkits to drive behavioral shift
5. Build dashboards and visibility to feed transformation outcomes into commercial cycle
6. Deploy finance AI copilots and auto-insight push systems (e.g. anomaly alerts/opportunity triggers)
Qualification :
1.Finance/Business management or tech background, Bachelor and above
2.Finance, operation, project management, information system knowledge
3.Great Oral and Written English skills. Visio, python or SQL as a plus
4.3 Years and above Global FMCG or consulting firm experience. Have experience in building finance platform and leader of transformation project
5.Team player, good communication
